Spicy Chicken Liver
- 400g Chicken liver
- 6 tbsp oil
- 1 onion
- 7 small brown onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 5 red chili
- 1 tsp palm sugar
- 1 Red tomato
- pinch of salt
- Grind together Brown onion,garlic,chili,palm sugar, salt and tomato.
- Meanwhile,fried the chicken liver with 4tbsp oil until brown or until cook through,set aside.
- Heat the remaining oil in a saucepan, add onion and cook for 1 minute.
- Add crushed ingredients, cook for another 1 minutes, add chicken liver,cook for further 3 minutes .
- serve with steamed jasmine rice.
