- 1 pack wonton skin 300 gr prawn, minced
- 200 gr chicken minced
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
Mix Chicken, prawn, egg, salt and pepper. Spoon the mixture on to wonton skin . Wrap it into triangle. Fried with deep oil, in a deep frying pan, until golden brown.
