Somay Tahu

somay2

I found this recipe by accident, when i bought Indonesian tabloid (NOVA).
This kind of food that similar with dim sum (this food adapted from Chinese people who lived in Indonesia, and became our favorite), healthier yet fill you up very quick :).
You can fried them (became "Batagor" or just steam them like the recipe says.

So mouth watering food!. I used to eat this as a snack but, i have them for lunch and dinner here, otherwise i need to spend to much time in the kitchen for our meal. Anyway it's worth to try and you will like it, (my 2 years old daughter like it too,and i already made 2 times since then). Don't forget extra chili if you dare, Yummy!!
